No. Ghee keeps well at room temperature in a closed jar. Always use a clean, dry spoon — water or food particles getting into the jar are what spoil ghee. It may be semi-solid in cool weather and liquid in summer; both are normal.

Other items can be returned or exchanged if they are unopened with the seal intact and within their best-before date. As these are food products, opened items can only be returned if there is a quality issue.
