Key Benefits
- KOLHU | KACCHI GHANI | CHEKKU METHOD — Alyaara coconut oil is extracted using the traditional wooden Kolhu/Chekku ghani, cold-pressed from naturally sun-dried Tamil Nadu copra without heat, solvents, or chemicals. Unlike RBD refined oils processed with hexane and bleaching agents, our method retains natural coconut aroma, 48% lauric acid, and zero trans fat — 100% pure, exactly how Indian households used coconut oil before refined oil existed.
- MADE FOR EVERYDAY INDIAN COOKING — Rich, authentic coconut flavour for fish curry, appam, dosa, coconut chutney, and stir-fried vegetables. Naturally cholesterol-free, zero trans fat, rich in MCTs, suitable for light frying. This is the cooking oil your grandparents used — cold pressed, never refined, never bleached.
- ALSO PERFECT FOR SKIN & BABY MASSAGE — Use daily as a chemical-free skin moisturiser that absorbs without greasy residue, or as a gentle, 100% natural baby massage oil. Can also be used for scalp and hair conditioning. Solidifies naturally below 25°C — proof of purity no refined or hydrogenated oil can fake.
- UNREFINED & PURE — NOT A REFINED COMMODITY OIL — Most coconut oils on Indian shelves are RBD: Refined, Bleached and Deodorised using high heat and chemical solvents that strip natural nutrients. Alyaara is cold-pressed, unrefined, and never chemically processed — wood pressed in small batches from single-origin Tamil Nadu copra, naturally dried before pressing. Keto friendly. Non-GMO.
- FSSAI CERTIFIED | REGISTERED BRAND — FSSAI Lic. No. 21226010002383. Manufactured by Alyaara Naturals, Bengaluru. No bleaching, no RBD processing, no artificial fragrance. Ingredients: 100% naturally dried copra. Net quantity 1Ltr / 909g. Packed in a food-grade PET bottle. Every batch wood pressed in small quantities to preserve freshness.

Ours is pressed in a traditional wooden chekku (kolhu / kacchi ghani) from naturally sun-dried Tamil Nadu copra, with no heat, solvents, bleaching or added fragrance. The only ingredient is dried copra.
Pure coconut oil naturally solidifies below about 25°C, so it often turns white and solid in cooler weather or air-conditioned rooms. That is a sign of pure oil, not a defect. Just keep the bottle in a bowl of warm water for a few minutes and it will melt back to a clear liquid.
