Affiliate Program Terms

Affiliates earn commission at one of three tiers: Starter at 4%, Partner at 6% and Hero at 8%. Tiers are based on referred sales over a trailing 90-day window: Partner at 10 orders or ₹25,000 in sales, Hero at 50 orders or ₹1,00,000. Tier changes are currently reviewed by Alyara and are not applied automatically.

Customers who order with an affiliate's code receive 10% off if they are new to Alyara and 5% off if they are returning customers.

A referred customer remains attributed to the affiliate for 12 months.

Commission is earned on up to ₹20,000 of gross merchandise value (GMV) per referred customer.

Commission is planned to be paid on a monthly payout cycle. The payout process is not automated yet, and Alyara will tell approved affiliates when payouts start. A valid PAN is required to receive payouts. TDS is deducted as applicable under Indian tax law.

Returns and refunds follow the Alyara return policy. Commission on returned or refunded orders is handled as set out in the program agreement.
