All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without notice. We take reasonable care to ensure product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate, but errors may occasionally occur; if we discover a pricing error on an unfulfilled order, we will contact you before proceeding.

We accept payment via Razorpay (cards, UPI, netbanking, wallets) as well as Cash on Delivery (COD), where available. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability.

We currently deliver across India. Delivery timelines communicated at checkout or via order updates are estimates and not guaranteed, and may vary by destination.

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to violate any applicable laws, to infringe our or any third party's intellectual property rights, to transmit malicious code, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Site for anyone who violates these Terms.

All content on the Site — including the Alyaara name, logo, product photography, and written content — is owned by or licensed to us and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our prior written consent.

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alyaara shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products purchased through it, beyond the value of the order in question.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
