Alyara Rewards is our thank-you to the families who shop with us. Every ₹10 you spend earns you a point, points never expire, and you can redeem them at checkout for a straight discount — as little or as much as you want.

How you earn points
1 point for every ₹10 you spend.
- Earn 1 point for every ₹10 you spend on an order (fractions rounded down).
- Points are credited to your account the moment your order is placed — you don't have to wait for delivery.
- If you cancel the full order, the points earned on that order are reversed one-for-one.
- Lifetime points — which determine your tier — only count points you've actually earned and kept.
Example: an order of ₹1,250 earns you 125 points — worth ₹12.50 off a future order.
Four tiers
Your tier is based on your lifetime points — the running total of points you've earned on Alyara (redeemed points are still counted). Tiers are a mark of recognition today; we'll roll out additional tier-specific benefits over time and announce them to members directly.
Bronze
0 lifetime points
The starting tier for every new Alyara Rewards member. Begin earning from your first order.
Silver
1,000 lifetime points
You've spent ₹10,000 or more across your Alyara orders. Thank you for making us a part of your pantry.
Gold
5,000 lifetime points
A long-time Alyara household — ₹50,000+ lifetime spend. We're grateful for your trust.
Platinum
10,000 lifetime points
Our most loyal customers — ₹1,00,000+ lifetime spend. Platinum is a mark of our deepest appreciation.
How you redeem
At checkout, registered members see a “Use my Alyara points” option. Enter the number of points you'd like to use, and the discount is applied straight to your order total.
1 point = ₹0.10
Every point is worth exactly ten paise off your order total at checkout.
Any amount, no minimum
Redeem any whole number of points you have — there's no minimum threshold.
Points cannot pay delivery
The most you can redeem on one order is the item subtotal minus the delivery charge. Points do not pay for shipping.
Cash-on-Delivery friendly
On COD orders, the redeemed value reduces the cash you pay our delivery partner at the door.
Coupons or points — pick one
You can use either a discount coupon or redeem points on a single order, not both. Choose whichever gives the bigger saving.
Full refund if you cancel
If you cancel the full order, every point you redeemed on it is returned to your account one-for-one.
Who is eligible
Alyara Rewards is open to every registered Alyara customer in India. There's no joining fee, no paperwork and no separate sign-up — your account is enrolled automatically.
Guest checkout orders don't earn points. If you'd like to earn and redeem rewards on your orders, please create a free account before you check out. Business and wholesale orders are not part of this program.
Already placed a guest order with the same mobile number? Register with that number and reach out to us at teams@alyaara.com — we can link those earlier orders to your new account on request.
Program terms
Points never expire. They stay on your account for as long as it is active, so you can save them for a bigger future order if you like.
Points have no cash value, cannot be transferred between accounts, and cannot be exchanged for cash, cheque or UPI credit.
Alyara may change, pause or end the Rewards program at any time. If we make a significant change, we'll announce it on this page and give members a reasonable window to redeem any points they've already earned.
